Attendance

It is important that you call the school if your child is going to be absent or arriving late. Please report all absences to the Attendance Line at 403-280-6565 ext. 1. See more on our Attendance page.

Business Office

Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Fri 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Our Business Office is located on the first floor inside the Main Office. School fees and other charges are handled through the Business Office. Students are encouraged to make use of the Business Office during their breaks and before and after school.

Sample of things that can be done in the Business Office:

  • Pay your school/elective fees.
  • Pay to replace a lost student ID card.
  • Purchase a student parking pass.

With COVID restrictions, the school doors open at 8:30am and are locked at 3:30pm

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints​ page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director. ​​​​
