For Current Grade 11 IB Students

The most important skill for an IB student to learn is time management! Learn to keep track of deadlines in a calendar (on-line, paper, whatever works for you), work on assignments before they’re due, attend Success Support, and don’t be afraid to ask your teachers for help when you start feeling stressed. Teachers want you to be successful: if you’re working hard, they’ll work just as hard to help you achieve your goals.

Whether you are working on Certificates or a Diploma, writing exams this year or next, it is important for you to know what is going on in IB. It is your responsibility to keep track of deadlines, submit your work on time, talk to your teachers, and continue to grow as a student.

The Core

  • CASCAS Log and Expectations
  • EE: the Extended Essay
  • TOK: Theory of Knowledge
