Knowledge and Employability (K & E) is intended for students who are seeking an immediate entry into the workforce after earning their Certificate of High School Achievement (80 credits). Parent authorization is required for participation in this program. Students choosing senior high Knowledge and Employability (K&E) courses typically wish to enhance their academic and occupational competencies and transition into employment and/or continuing education and training opportunities. Students taking K&E course may qualify for a Certificate of High School Achievement or they may continue their students to qualify for an Alberta High School Diploma (100 credits).
Course Offerings
K&E courses are offered in ELA, Math, Science, SS and complementary courses at all three Grade levels.
