It is important that you call the school if your child is going to be absent or arriving late. Please report all absences to the Attendance Line at 403-777-7650 ext. 1. See more on our Attendance page.

Office Hours

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Kindergarten Hours

Monday to Thursday

  • AM 8:00am - 10:52am
  • PM 11:59 - 2:50

Friday Kindergarten will rotate: Week A morning kindergarten, Week B afternoon kindergarten

Grade 1 to 9 Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 2:50pm

Grade 1-4 Lunch daily: 11:58am - 12:48pm

Grade 5-9 Lunch daily: 12:08pm - 12:48pm

Fridays: 8:00am - 11:40am

It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.​​

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints​ page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director. ​​​​
