Fun Lunch and Fun Snack
We are beginning our Healthy Hunger Fundraising with Fun Lunch and Fun Snacks starting in March. This is a great opportunity to save some time in the mornings and have a warm lunch brought to school for your child(ren).
Please visit https://healthyhunger.ca to create an account. Once you are set up add “Mahogany School” and your select your child's Teacher name from the list.
All orders must be in before midnight five days before each event.
** Fun Lunch is only available for Grades 1 to 4, Snack days are open to all grades Kindergarten to Grade 4.
We would like to remind you, if your child is away and you would like to pick up their lunch, please email the school at firstname.lastname@example.org. Email must include student name, teacher name and time of pickup. Pickup will only be available during the day of the Fun Lunch/ Fun Snack after 12:00pm and before 3:00pm. Due to food handling regulations, we are required to dispose of all unclaimed food by the end of day.

Loonies for Literacy
Loonies for Literacy is a unique fundraising initiative for Calgary Board of Education (CBE) schools run by Education Matters and presented by Mobility Quotient. Our schools are diverse so every CBE school fundraises for its own literacy priorities and can tailor the event to their community's needs, strengths, and challenges. Providing equitable access to education for all students is key for both Education Matters and CBE, so Loonies for Literacy also includes community gift matching with matching funds being focused on the schools with the current highest needs as identified by CBE Superintendents.
All funds donated to your Loonies for Literacy campaign stay with our school to provide more literacy resources and opportunities for current and future students - even better, for every dollar your school raises, a community sponsor will donate another dollar to a school in need. Together we can help students across Calgary as they learn and grow in their own communities and help build a solid foundation for literacy education in every CBE school.

Cookie Dough Fundraiser: January 17 - February 2, 2023
We are holding our very first fundraiser, a cookie dough fundraiser. Who doesn't love cookies!
The funds raised will be used to purchase school apparel for students to wear during our school opening ceremony. We will be purchasing every student clothing. If you have already purchased school apparel not to worry this will be an additional piece of swag. We want all students to be dressed the same for a uniform look for this opening. Students will be keeping all apparel purchased for them.
This fundraiser will run from January 17th – February 2nd. All orders will be placed and paid for through the online link below. The school office will not be accepting any payments and cannot answer questions about the online ordering. Please direct specific cookie and order form questions to Indeygo directly.
You will be able to choose from 10 delicious flavours of cookies. Cookie dough is pre-portioned and each box contains 48 cookies (2.7 lb).

Important Pick-Up information:
· Delivery of dough will be Friday, February 24th
· All dough will arrive frozen and must be picked up this day. There are no alternate pick up days.
· If you can not make the pick-up time, please arrange to have someone else come and pick up your orders for you.
