Phone Messages for Students

Due to the demands in the office, we ask that parents make arrangements (regarding appointments, picking up children after school, etc.) before your child leaves for school in the morning by putting a note in the student’s agenda. It is difficult to handle many incoming calls each day for these purposes. We will call your child to the office once you arrive. We ask that you allow extra time for the child(ren) to gather their things. Please limit messages through the office to those of an urgent nature only.

Contact Information Updates

Please notify the school office immediately with any changes of address, telephone numbers (home, business and/or cell), email address or emergency contact numbers. It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.
