Conferences are intended to provide students and parents with the opportunity to discuss strategies for student success. The staff at McKenzie Highlands believes that students benefit more when they attend conferences. This provides parents, students and teachers an opportunity to discuss a student’s efforts at school; and when necessary, to develop a collaborative plan for success.
In an attempt to meet the needs of the school and the requests of parents, we will have a blend of booked and drop-in conferences for all terms. Parents will have the opportunity to go online to book their conferences. Specific information related to that process will come out closer to conference times.
