The school office is open to parents on Monday August 22, 2022

School Photos & ID Pick-Up

  • August 24th – Grade 10’s 9:00-11:45 and 1:00-3:00
  • August 25th – Grade 11’s 9:00-11:45 and 1:00-3:00
  • August 26th – Grade 12’s 9:00-11:45 and 1:00-3:00

These are based on the first letter of the student's last name

  • A-D 9:00am - 9:40am   
  • E-G 9:40am - 10:20am  
  • H-K 10:20am - 11:10am  
  • L-O 11:10am - 11:45am   
  • P-S 1:00pm - 1:40pm   
  • T-Z 1:40pm - 3:00pm 

First Days of Classes

September 1st with staggered entry.  

  • Grade 10’s – 9:00-11:00
  • Grade 11’s and 12’s – 1:00-3:00

September 2nd

  • Regular Classes Begin
  • Welcome Back Lunch

Be prepared with basic supplies such as binder, paper, pens/pencils, etc. Once classes begin, teachers may request something more specific.

​Do You Have a MyCBE Account? Have You Added Your Child(ren) To the Account?

Parents / Legal Guardians / Independent Students who have not already done so, must create a MyCBE account and add their child(ren) to the account to:

  • access your child’s program information (e.g., course assessments, daily attendance record, report card)
  • view your child’s learning using Brightspace by D2L
  • pay fees and request waivers
  • register for transportation and lunch ​supervision
  • book parent-teacher conferences
  • submit online school forms (required for 2022-23 school year)

You will need your email address on file at the school as well as your child’s CBE ID, which can be found on the:

  • SchoolEngage student profile, for families that registered their child using SchoolEngage.

  • CBE Report Card, beside the child's name
  • CBE ID card

​​Fees and Waivers

School fees will be charged to families starting in October. Online fee payment is the simplest and most convenient way to pay school fees. Parents can use their online account to pay fees or apply for a waiver at: www.cbe.ab.ca/mycbe.
