Registration at Calgary Board of Education (CBE) schools is not determined on a first come, first served basis. Registration and admission to schools in CBE are governed by the Education Act and Administrative Regulation 6090 | Child and Student Registration and Admission.

Kindergarten Orientation 2022-23

On May 26, 2022, Olympic Heights hosted the virtual Kindergarten orientation for the 2022-23 school year, through a Microsoft Teams meeting. If you were unable to attend, the event was recorded and can be viewed at any time.

The completed registration form with proof of address and proof of Canadian citizenship (birth certificate or passport) can be emailed to OlympicHeights@cbe.ab.ca. The link for the form is over on the right of this page.

  • not a Canadian citizen, you must contact CBE’s Welcome Centre at 403-817-7789 or welcome@cbe.ab.ca for registration instructions. This includes:
    • landed immigrants (permanent residents);
    • refugees;
    • children of individuals who are lawfully admitted to Canada for permanent or temporary residence, or non-residents; and
    • international fee-paying students who are approved by the CBE’s Global Learning.
