Borrowing Privileges
The loan period for library books is two weeks with opportunities for renewals as needed. Please encourage your child to take responsibility for library books while they have them at home by helping to locate a safe place to store books away from pets and small children.
Overdue Policy
Students are responsible for returning all resources on time. If resources are late the following step are taken:
- a reminder from the teacher to the student when the book becomes overdue
- if the item is lost or damaged a letter to the parent(s)/guardian(s) requesting payment for the lost item is sent home
- if lost items are recovered within 90 days a refund will be given for payment
