Attendance

Attendance Line: 403-777-7860 ext. 1.

Regular and prompt attendance is important for all students. Children with sporadic attendance or chronic late arrival miss valuable instruction. If your child is going to be absent or late please contact the school office and leave the following details:

  • Students First and Last Name
  • Date
  • Reason for the absence
  • Name of the person reporting the absence

If the school is not contacted, we will phone you as soon as possible after attendance is taken in the morning and the afternoon to confirm the safety of your child.

For Bus Changes

If a student is going to be picked up after school, or taking a different bus, please send a note with the student to the office or call the office:

  • Monday – Thursday: Before 2:00 PM
  • Friday: By 11:00 AM

Students without prior notice will be put on their regular bus. Please do not call the classroom teacher to leave messages as the teachers usually do not check messages until after dismissal.
