Registration at Calgary Board of Education (CBE) schools is not determined on a first come, first served basis. Registration and admission to schools in CBE are governed by the Education Act and Administrative Regulation 6090 | Child and Student Registration and Admission.

Queen Elizabeth School 2022-2023 Kindergarten Registration

Planning is underway for Kindergarten 2022! Kindergarten registration is an exciting time for families and we are here to support you through the process. Registration opens on January 17th, 2022 and will take place online (please call the office if you are unable to complete registration online at 403-777-6789). Please see the registration steps for completion.

Kindergarten 2022: Monday – Friday Half-Day Programming (AM and PM with Alternate Fridays)

For the 2022-2023 school year, we anticipate that Kindergarten will continue to be offered for half-day programming with both a morning and afternoon session Monday to Thursday and alternating Friday mornings. Please note that class placement involves a variety of factors to ensure balance and a positive experience for all learners. Registrations are not based on a first-come-first-serve basis and decisions regarding AM/PM placement will be made later in the spring. 

Virtual Information Night: 

We will be hosting a virtual Q&A evening for 2022-23 Kindergarten parents on Thursday, February 24 at 6:00pm.  Please RSVP to Michele Downs at midowns@cbe.ab.ca to receive the virtual link.  We look forward to meeting you!
