Homework / Home Study Expectations
Students should expect to engage with both homework and an ongoing, consistent home study program. Homework can be characterized as those assignments, projects that need to be completed by a specific deadline. Home study refers to a planned, ongoing review of course materials and resources. Teachers will not assign large projects or assignments to be completed during school breaks.
Absence Homework Requests
The school staff often receives requests from parents to provide homework for extended student absences from school. School staff require 48 hours notice prior to providing homework or classroom materials to parents. Staff are not required to provide homework to students who are going on holidays.
