First Day of Classes

On Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022 we welcome our students to the 2022-2023 school year at Ramsay School. In this handout, you will find the answers to many of your back to school questions.

Staggered Entry

We will have a staggered entry the first 2 days of school. Please use the schedule below to determine which day your child will attend. Staggered entry days are a special timetable at the beginning of the school year to make the transition from home to school easier. The smaller group allows your child to interact with a few peers before they must interact with a larger, more formal group. We are able to focus on learning new routines, and it allows myself to get to know your child and their individual needs, skills, and interests.

You can find more information on the CBE school fees and waivers page.

Yellow School Bus Transportation

Yellow school bus routes for the 2022-23 school year are created over the summer and based on the addresses submitted before the pre-registration deadline in June. Transportation continues to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing stop with available space. Processing times could be up to six weeks at the beginning of the school year due to volume.

More information about 2022-23 transportation service levels and proposed fees are posted on the CBE website.

Your bus stop location and time will be available in your MyCBE account by mid-August.

Conditional riders can also register using MyCBE. Applications will be considered after eligible riders registrations have been processed.
