Comet Core

We encourage you to provide leadership and voice at RTHS by getting involved.

Who:

Student leaders/ambassadors who want to make a difference compose the RTHS leadership advisory called “Comet Core”.  Students will represent:

  • GSA
  • FNMI
  • Athletics
  • RTHS Community Members (9 students, one for each community)
  • Fine Arts
  • Fundraising and Finance
  • Global Studies
  • Ingenium
  • Key Club and Community Works
  • Multimedia/CTS
  • Success Centre/Wellness
  • Leadership

What:

Comet Core meets to initiate, plan, and construct positive change at RTHS. As well, Comet Core meets to hear the views of students from all aspects of our school.

Why:

To incorporate and build upon the talents of a range of student leaders in collaboration.

When:

Comet Core meets once every month, usually on Mondays during lunch as a group with administration to coordinate and discuss plans for the school.
