​One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Act for the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. Parent Society

Our Parent Society is known as Robert Thirsk School Society.

Meeting Schedule

Find out what is happening at your school and have the opportunity to ask questions, have your opinion heard and volunteer for upcoming activities and projects.

Robert Thirsk School Society meeting follows the School Council meeting and is usually only a few minutes long.

Meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month as per the dates above. Robert Thirsk School Council Society meetingfollows the RTSH Council meeting and is usually only a few minutes long. Both meetings usually adjourn by 8:30 PM. Everyone involved in the Robert Thirsk High School community is welcome to attend the meeting and is encouraged to actively participate as an executive officer as part of a committee. See you at the next meeting.
