​One of the most important ways parents/guardians and community members can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on the school council. Under the Education Act, a school council is a collective association designed to advise the principal and the CBE Board of Trustees on matters related to the school. School councils have legislated advisory. They are different from Parent Societies & Associations, whose main function is to raise funds for the school.​​ You can find more details in the CBE School Council Handbook​.​

Fun Lunch Refunds

The School Council recognizes that times are difficult right now. We hope that this massage finds you all well and safe in your homes. We also realize that many of you pre-ordered your Healthy Hunger for 2020. Healthy Hunger is working as quickly as possible to reimburse families. All orders have been cancelled and you will be refunded for your purchases. However, due to the high volume of Healthy Hunger orders in the province, this effort may take some time. Please be patient and watch your email box for refunds directly from Healthy Hunger.
