Volunteers and Visitors
Parents are vital to our school community. Volunteering is one way to enhance your child’s time at Rosemont and improve the educational opportunities available for all our students. All parents and guardians are welcome to volunteer in our school. Volunteers are organized early in the year. All volunteers are required to complete a security clearance and sign an annual volunteer registration form. It is essential that volunteers respect confidentiality and refrain from discussing parents, children, or school staff with others. All volunteers and visitors to the school must report to the main office and sign in. Volunteers may pick up their name tags behind the door in the office and must wear their tags while in the school. Unidentified guests in the school will be stopped by staff and directed to the office.
