Physical Education

Physical Education supports you in acquiring skills through a variety of developmentally appropriate movement activities. You will gain experience within various physical activities assisting you in further understanding health and wellness benefits, promoting positive interactions and leading an active lifestyle.

Students in Grades 7-9 are expected to change for gym. They can either purchase a RTA gym strip or they can bring a change of clothing. If a student cannot participate in P.E. for a medical reason, a note signed by a parent is required. As with school washrooms, cell phones or other digital devices are not permitted in gymnasium locker rooms.
