Dear Rundle Families,
As we reach the end of this unprecedented academic year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey we have had this year.
Coming out of the pandemic has been no small feat, and I am incredibly proud of each and every student for their perseverance, adaptability, and commitment to learning. As education got back to normal things were, at times, hard, but always amazing as we began having sports days, field trips, parent nights and assemblies again.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role this first year as principal has been witnessing the meaningful connections forged within our school between students, staff and parents. Your genuine care for one another has shone through, and it has been heartwarming to witness relationships grow and support networks form.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for allowing me to be a part of this incredible journey. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as principal. Each day, I am reminded of the incredible potential that resides within our student body, and it fills me with immense pride. Their curiosity, dedication, and passion for learning are truly inspiring.
Now, as we approach the summer break, I encourage everyone to take some well-deserved time to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. Use this opportunity to explore new interests, spend quality time with loved ones, and embrace the joys of life outside the school. Take advantage of the long days, warm sunshine, and the simple pleasures that summer offers.
While we may part ways physically over the break, I eagerly await our rreturn to school in the fall, where we will continue to grow, learn, and create lasting memories together.
Wishing you all a fantastic and relaxing summer. Stay safe, stay curious, and embrace the beauty that lies in our adventures ahead.
Sincerely,
Chris Southworth
Principal
