SiteGovern

The only way to edit or manage your home page, news centre, calendar, or QuickLinks page is through the tools in SiteGovern. If you have Approver permissions for your website, you can open SchoolBundle™SiteGovern by clicking on the SharePoint Settings icon (gear) in the ribbon at the top of your screen:

*If nothing happens see Allowing Pop-Ups below

SiteGovern Dashboard

The SiteGovern dashboard page shows tiles for the tools you have access to:

Find it With Recent Content

Editing or reviewing posts or events is easy when they're published and visible in your site. But if you intentionally (or unintentionally) saved a post or event without sharing to your school, you won't be able to see it in your school website. You can still find the item you were working on, though, by using the Recent Content tool in SiteGovern. Click on Recent Content (in the left-hand column) to bring up the Recent Content screen. From here, you can choose the type of content that you're looking for:

Once you have the list of recent content (of whichever type), you can edit or delete any item you've created, or view it if it's been published:

Allow Pop-Ups | Pop-Up Blocker

The SiteGovern dashboard will open in a new window or tab: if it doesn't load for you, your browser may have pop-ups blocked.

PC

Allow pop-ups for your school site in your browser and try again. Chrome works best for editing, but if you are getting errors or experiencing any other unexpected behaviour, try using another browser before you take any other troubleshooting steps. If you get a blank screen after going to SharePoint Settings (gear) > SchoolBundle SiteGovern, look for the icon at the end of the URL bar:

If you see this click on it and it will open a window below. Select Always Allow Pop-Ups. Then try the process SharePoint Setting (gear) > SchoolBundle SiteGovern again.

MAC

After you have selected the SiteGovern and nothing happens. Check the far right of the url bar and if you see the warning for pop-ups blocked click on it.

Then select the link inside the pop-up blocker  https://conceptinc.... (example using Google Chrome - link outlined below in red)

Once you have selected the link, go to SharePoint Settings (gear) > SiteGovern and now a new window should open with the SiteGovern tiles.
