Outdoor Education Trip

Based on our schools curriculum, the Outdoor Education Program is specifically geared towards facilitating children (Grades 7-8) to actively get "hands-on" experience in learning outside the classroom. Using camp grounds as a field centre, this inter-disciplinary experiential approach helps children to learn and apply critical thinking and problem solving, as well as team building and leadership skills through outdoor activities. Please contact Mr. Phelps for more information.

Fall Sports

The fall sports schedule consists of Football, Girls’ Soccer, Co-Ed Cross Country Running and Boys/Girl Volleyball. The season begins in late August and continues until the Volleyball finals in mid November. Get your school year off to great start by participating on a school team. Meet new friends while challenging yourself and improving your fitness.

Cross Country: Do want to improve your cardiovascular fitness while having fun? If so, come out and join the cross-country running team. We will run daily and compete in some beautiful venues. What is Cross-Country running? Cross country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain. Sometimes the runners are referred to as harriers. The course, typically 2–8 kilometres long, may include surfaces of grass, and earth, pass through woodlands and open country, and include hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road. It is both an individual and a team sport; runners are judged on individual times and teams by a points-scoring method.

Football: Crash and bang! Our school has a long and storied history in football winning multiple championships. We are proud of our heritage and strive to build strong athletes.

Volleyball: Play and learn the great sport of volleyball. Our school has many championships and a history of developing collegiate level players.
