Attendance

It is important that you call the school if your child is going to be absent or arriving late. Please report all absences to the Attendance Line at 403-777-7590 ext.1. See more on our Attendance page.

Hours

  • Parking Lot doors open at 7:45 AM. Students are asked to stay in the foyer until the bell rings at 8:00 AM – All students enter through the foyer doors at 7:45
  • Students staying outside may enter their designated grade doors at 8:00 AM
  • Front Doors will be closed and only for adult access from 7:45 - 8:10 AM
  • Students who are late will enter through front doors after 8:10 AM 
  • We will open doors early on inclement days

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher.
