Important Dates

We follow the CBE Traditional Calendar. The calendar sets common start and end days, non-instructional days and holidays. For our school’s additional non-instructional days, late entries, early dismissal days and events, see our school calendar page.

Planning is underway for what the 2020-21 school year will look like for our students, staff and families. The CBE has created an internal task force with representatives from every service unit to lead the planning for different scenarios. All of our decisions will be guided by the advice of the province’s chief medical officer of health and Alberta Education guidelines. The safety and well being of our students and staff will come first in any decisions we make. More information will be provided to families before the first day of classes on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020.

Noon Supervision

Noon (lunch) supervision is available for all students in Grades 1 – 4, for students who stay at school. For the safety and security of our students, it is important we know who is supposed to be in the program. All families must register their children in the lunchroom program. The best way to register your child is by going to preregister them using My CBE Account.

Assigned Teachers

Teachers will be sending home a welcome email to their students no later than the end of the day on Monday, August 31, 2020. This email will let your child know who their teacher is and where to meet on the first day of school.

Please visit our How to Register page for all registration details and registration forms.

Our school office opens on August 27, 2020 for registration.
