Authorization Forms
All fieldtrips and events planned by the Silver Springs School Council/Parent Association require parent permission. Parents are required to approve their child’s participation by ensuring that permission forms are signed and returned to school. A letter will be attached to each form. It will include an explanation of the activity, date, time, costs and student requirements. Students are not allowed to participate in off-site activities unless we have your signed permission. Please encourage your child to return the forms promptly.
