  • Non-instructional days & Holidays – office is closed 
  • Please leave a message on the phone or email outside of the office hours. Office staff will try to reply as soon as possible within two business days on non-emergency matters.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints​ page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director. ​​​​
