Families are asked to share information regarding student allergies and medical conditions, including the use of inhalers and epipens. The school will store additional inhalers and epipens in the office upon parent requests.
Illness at School
Students, who feel ill at school, must inform their teachers immediately, and will be escorted or sent to the office. Students need to call home from the office. Students do not go to the washroom or another location where we would be unaware of a potential emergency. We will contact a parent for the student to be picked up.

Student Health Emergency Response Protocol Form
This form is to be used when there is a student health issue regarding attention. This includes when there is a request to administer medication.
Student Health Plan
This form is to be:
- completed if a physical or medical condition may affect the student's attendance at school
- completed if medication is to be taken at school,
- reviewed and updated annually or sooner if there is a change in the student's health concern or school registration.
