GSA Club

Come and join the GSA Club in Room 6. A Club where you can spread your proud wings of pride! This year, Simon Fraser’s GSA – Gender Sexuality Alliance is once again, up and running. All students are invited to join us at meetings, to share their awareness and support for all students at Simon Fraser. Meetings take place on Tuesdays at lunch in
Room 6, and will focus on a variety of different leadership opportunities to support an inclusive school community.

Student Leadership

In Simon Fraser, students can be actively involved in school life by joining activities sponsored by the Student Leadership group. Each year students are involved in organizing student social functions, public service activities and special events. Their strength comes from your participation and support. Get involved and bring your ideas for new events.

Diversity Council

Simon Fraser Diversity and Inclusion council is a group, providing representation from different backgrounds within the school, who meet to discuss and take action to support all students to feel represented and supported at school. The Diversity Council meets Wednesday at lunch in the Learning Commons.

School Play-Wizard of Oz The Deleted Scene

Students are now auditioning for the school play.  Please talk to your child about this commitment and ensure they can fully participate in this whole school commitment.  We are looking forward to the show!

Student Council

The student council has various roles, such as organizing school activities and running the snack shack at lunch. The student council is also responsible for speaking to their homeroom and bringing forward ideas for positive change here at Simon Fraser.  One representative is nominated from each homeroom.  Overall, the student council aims to make positive changes that benefit the students, school, and community.  The student council meets Wednesday weekly in the learning commons.
