Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.

The Board of Trustees and Administration of the CBE have taken the time to carefully review the draft provincial curriculum and current realities within our system. The CBE has decided not to participate in the draft curriculum pilot in fall 2021. #yycbe
