Our Learning Commons
Is the hub for our school learning community. It is for available to all students and is for research, reading and quiet study. It is intended to be a flexible and collaborative space for you to acquire and create knowledge. You will have access to a variety of technologies in the Learning Commons along with both fiction and non-fiction literature.
Hours
The Learning Commons is open to students Monday to Thursday 8:05 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 8:05 am – 12:00 pm.
When in the Learning Commons, you are responsible for the following:
- Accessing the resources for learning in relation to the Alberta Program of Studies.
- Meeting the expectations for responsible use of technology.
- Returning equipment and furniture to where it came from.
- Reporting technical issues and/or damage to your teacher immediately.
- Limiting food and drink to the designated areas only.
- Cleaning-up after yourself (crumbs, garbage, etc.).
