At Ted Harrison, the Physical Education team is passionate about providing a wide variety of physical activities as well as health and wellness opportunities, which focus on promoting positive health, fitness, and movement skills for life. Throughout the course of their time here, students will be exposed to the different opportunities through daily Physical Education, in addition to Clubs, Intramurals, Health classes, and a variety of extra-curricular activities. Throughout the year students will explore and learn more about the connections to living a positive, holistic healthy lifestyle, the benefits of exercise, and the interpersonal skills necessary to working with others in a positive teamwork based way.
