Traffic Safety

Ensuring our students get to school safely is everyone’s responsibility. Please be mindful of crosswalks, parking rules and speed limits when you are near our schools, especially during the morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal times.

Parking & Drop-Off

When dropping off or picking up students please park in assigned parking zones on the street. Please do not use the staff parking lot. Be street-safety wise. Do not jaywalk or allow your child to do so. Follow the city bylaws.

Designated Bus Parking

We now have 8 school buses arriving at the beginning of the school day and departing at the end of school. These buses have been designated to park in between the bus stop signs and only buses are allowed between the signs. Parking in this zone could result in a ticket.

Alternates are to let your children off at the hole in the fence on Northmount Drive or at the entrance gates at the N.E. and S.E. side of the playground. Thank you for your co-operation.
