Contacting Students or Teachers

The learning environment of any classroom is of great importance. We cannot put a parent through  to a student by telephone. This is a security risk, as we cannot confirm the identity of the caller. The office staff will not connect a call to a student or teacher during class, time unless it is an emergency. In this case we ask you to clearly explain the nature of the emergency so that office staff may best assist you. Staff members may be contacted after school hours, through voicemail or by email. Parents are asked not to phone or text their child during class time.

School Profile

Our school profile includes a dynamic map with our designation area and walk zone.

Contact Information Updates

Please notify the school office immediately with any changes of address, telephone numbers (home, business and/or cell), email address or emergency contact numbers. It is critical that we have a current record of contact information on file so we can reach you or other emergency contacts. Please also be sure to provide us with a current copy of any custody agreements.

Concerns & Complaints

We know that the success of your student is dependent on a strong partnership between families and the CBE. If you have a concern, it can usually be addressed at the classroom level. Your first step is to arrange to speak privately with your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue is still unresolved, please contact your principal. If you and the school are unable to find a resolution, please see our Concerns & Complaints page for additional information, including the process to contact your Area Director.

ONE WEEK LEFT – Families must register by June 11 If you’re considering using transportation, registration must be submitted by the deadline to be included in next year’s bus routes planning.
