​​One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Actfor the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. More information can be found in our CBE Administrative Regulation 5001 – School Councils and School/Parent Societies.​​

Our Parent Society is Known as the Parent/Guardian Association

The Parent/Guardian Association operates a casino for the purpose of raising money to support extra activities and programs at the school.

The Parent Association is using signup.com this year to schedule volunteers for the various activities that we do throughout the year. For more information, please see our volunteer page.

The bylaws (under resources) have been amended by the University School Parent Association of the 2020/21 year. We will be voting to adopt this set of Bylaws at the March Association meeting on March 15. Please forward any Bylaw questions or comments for discussion prior to the meeting to universityschoolcouncil@gmail.com.
