Thermopylae

Thermopylae is an after-school conditioning program open to Grade 4 to 9 students. The program runs 1 to 2 days a week depending on the time of the year. Grade 4 and 5 students focus on proper form and body conditioning. Grade 6 to 9 students focus on proper form with weight training and conditioning. The season finished with the five kilometre Thermopylae obstacle mud race in June.
