There are many ways you can contribute to our school’s success, and make a difference for our school and our students. In our school, this can include providing in-kind donations, contributing cash and lending expertise and technical knowledge. Connect with our principal on what may be appropriate. For more information on ways to give to CBE, visit Donate on the CBE website.

Information for Parents

Funds raised go DIRECTLY BACK to Valley Creek School Council to help pay for student fun days, staff appreciations, student learning resources, and classroom enrichment materials. Every month you spend hundreds of dollars for things like food, gas, clothing, pharmacy, restaurants, electronics, home renovations, department stores, teacher’s appreciation gifts and so on.

All you have to do is pay for some or all of your purchases using GIFT CARDS bought at face value from FundScrips participating retailers and a percentage of every gift card purchased is contributed towards our school’s enhancement. There is no additional cost to you. When you order $150 in gift cards, you pay $150 and you get gift cards worth $150!

How do I order?

  1. Step 1 - Print the Paper order form from the school website or this email, and fill it
out with all the gift cards required.
  2. Step 2 - Send an etransfer to for the total of the gift
cards and write the confirmation/reference number on the form. (contact our email
if you aren’t able to do an etransfer and we can discuss another form of payment)
  3. Step 3 - Send the completed form to for them to add
your gift cards to the system.
  4. Step 4 - Pick up notification will be sent via email from the school and council and
should start the second/third week of December, we will have volunteers in each
neighbourhood for pick up (details to follow).

This year the class that raises the most money wins A PIZZA PARTY for everyone in class!

Online Paper Orders Due

Monday November 29, 2021

Ask family & friends to support our group?

We encourage everyone to invite their family members, friends, co-workers, workplaces and neighbors to participate in FundScrip as well. After all, they probably buy groceries and gas, just like you do. You could give them an order form and they can order at the same time, or just add them to your total. The gift cards come preloaded and are available in various denominations.

If you have any questions or are placing a workplace order, please contact Your Valley Creek Fundraising team at
