"Fill Your Freezer" Event
We are launching our second fundraiser for the year which is the 'Fill your freezer' event. Place your orders starting March 8 until March 24, 2023. All the funds will (as always) go to support our school in purchasing technology and anything else that is needed at our school.

Pick up Date
Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Valley Creek School
For the fundraiser to be successful, volunteers are required to help in pick-up, delivery and distribution.
- For pickup, volunteers will need to meet at the SE Coco Brooks location (warehouse) at 4PM on Wed, Apr 5. There, we will sort the product by seller/customer last name. A large vehicle is needed to be able to take product back to Valley Creek School.
- At the school, the vehicles will be clearly marked by last name so that customers/sellers can easily find their product. Additional distribution volunteer is requested to help at each vehicle.
- A parking lot coordinator is also needed to assist with moving vehicles to correct pick-up spot. These volunteer times are 6:00-7:15PM. If you're able to help, please use the link below. Thank you!
