We are looking forward to an exciting new school year here at William Aberhart!

Student Photos

Plan to have your picture taken!

Student photo visual ID cards will be initially issued at no cost to all student.  Lost or damaged ID cards will need to be immediately replaced at a charge to the students.

FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY REASONS STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR CURRENT VISUAL ID CARD WITH THEM WHILE IN THE BUILDING.

Student ID cards will be required for admittance to classes, school activities, exams, sporting events, checking out library books and textbooks. ID cards may also be required to verify student status on Calgary Transit.

All students must have their picture taken, even if a photo package is not purchased. You do not need to bring money for photos during school start up.  Each student will have pictures taken and receive a proof package mid-September.  Please visit their website for further information at http://lifetouch.ca/

Lifetouch has developed a way for families to view and order their child’s photo package using their student's school issued ID number prior to receiving their proof sheet.

Here are the quick and easy steps to access photos online by using your child’s student ID number:

• Go to mylifetouch.ca

• Click on “Student ID” - Enter Email - Get started

• Enter in your school's city, province and school name

• Then click the blue button “Continue”

• Enter in your child's full name, student ID number and the relationship to student

• Then click on the blue button “Find Student”

• Once the image of your student comes up, you can click on the blue button “Yes this is my student”

• From here you can go onto order from one of our many photo package offerings.

If you have any questions on this ordering process, please call the Lifetouch Customer Care Line at 1.866.457.8212

Parents can still access their photos online using their child’s portrait ID and access code if they wish to after they have received their proofs.
