Ways to Get Connected

Collaboration with Parents/Caregiver

Parents/caregivers play a critical role in a student’s education. Vital to a young person’s educational successes are:

  • Ongoing contact with the teaching teams,
  • Encouraging regular attendance and the fulfillment of homework assignments,
  • Participating in progress meetings.

School Communication Agendas

Every student receives a School Communication Agenda. This agenda enables caregivers and classroom staff to maintain daily contact so they can best respond to the abilities/needs of the student. The communication agenda is the property of the school and is collected at the end of the school year.
