Students in the Calgary Board of Education travel to school in a variety of ways, including walking, taking yellow buses or Calgary Transit or being driven by parents/guardians. Their safety is important, no matter how they get to school and home again.

Getting to School

Travel to and from school is generally provided by Dream Transportation or cab. In order to have a pleasant and relaxing drive to school:

  • Be ready for your pick-up in the morning.
  • Treat the driver, attendant and others with respect.
  • Come prepared with an activity to keep you busy for the trip.
  • Stay in your seat, with your hands and feet to yourself.
  • Talk quietly.
