Sra. Anita Angulo

¡Bienvenidos Padres y Estudiantes!

Let's welcome another school year at W.O Mitchell where intellectual and academic learning will be nurtured!

In our Grade 2/3 Spanish bilingual classroom communities we will often be exploring real life issues, from local to global, that are closely connected to our curricular studies. Through thoughtful and intentional discussions and authentic student work we will learn how multiple perspectives from around the world address this very same statement. As we uncover how other cultures around the globe and how communities across Canada make decisions that affect the overall quality of life, we will use the students’ passions, wonders and personal interests as springboards for our learning journeys. Students’ learning will encompass the many curricular objectives in Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science as we blend common themes together wherever possible. We look forward to getting to know our students and helping them reach their personal best.

Atentamente,

Anita Angulo
