Don’t Miss Out on School Messages

Due to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, parents and guardians need to subscribe online to receive some email and text messages on topics like student fees, picture days, field trip costs, yearbooks, fun lunches and more. Subscribe online at www.cbe.ab.ca/subscribe.

In addition, to receive any text messages from our school or the Calgary Board of Education, please opt in for texts. Use the cell phone on file with the school to text the word YES to the six-digit number 978338.

There is no extra cost to receive SMS messages from CBE, but standard message rates and data charges from your carrier apply when you receive messages from us. See all terms and conditions at www.cbe.ab.ca/SMS.

For more information, visit www.cbe.ab.ca/subscribe or view Questions and Answers.

Not receiving our e-mails?

Whitelist our emails - To whitelist an email address just means you add us (CBE) to your approved senders list. This tells your email client that they know this sender and can trust them. This will keep the schools email in your inbox and out of the junk folder. Whitelisting is a quick, one-time-only task to ensure the sender of an email gets added to the recipient’s address book or safe senders list. Usually, all you need to do is open an email message and verify the sender can be trusted by adding them as a contact in your address book
