About Us

Wood's Homes is a community owned and operated children's mental health centre based in Calgary. With a staff complement of 350 we provide 34 programs and services for at-risk children, youth and their families.

Wood's Homes is recognized in the community and across Canada, for its innovative services. We are a place of trust, where all young people and their families (regardless of the difficulty) can turn to for help. We strongly believe that families are the backbone of a community. When families are in trouble, children suffer. Helping young people reach adulthood, achieve their potential and become productive members of the community must be one of society's top priorities.

We Never Say No,
We Never Give Up,
We Never Turn Anyone Away
